I like this ad, and I stopped this year before Ramadhan, because of this exact attitude. We go a month every year without smoking or smoking very little. Why not go for it all the way and quit for good. Alhumdulillah it has been three months now. Mind over matter…

I tend to agree with you and the advert, “If you can do it now….you can do it ALWAYS.” It really gives the reader a refreshing reminder of how empowered they are.

My father smokes and, alhamdulilah, while he has tried to quit a few times he shared with me that the mental battle is more difficult than the physical one. Actually, he said he physically felt great.

Smoking in the Middle East is widespread, almost a norm unfortunately. May Allah help all those in jihad to quit.
